ServiceNow Training

Navigis has been training ServiceNow customers since 2006. The only other organization that has been training longer or trained more people is ServiceNow. We listened to what customers were saying and it became very evident that the standard System Admin training alone was not enough, customers wanted additional training and we responded.

Navigis continues to listen to the needs of ServiceNow customers and we work very closely and in collaboration with ServiceNow to develop and deliver training that meets customers needs. Further, due to our unique partnership with ServiceNow's training division our curriculum and delivery is sanctioned and fully supported by ServiceNow.

Navigis uses multiple methods to conduct and deliver training and we work with each customer to determine the delivery method that is right for their needs. We offer various types of mixed media training including classroom, web-based and video-based courses.

Our current offerings include:

  • ServiceNow System Administrator Foundation:

    For new customers, we now offer both two and three day classes. This training is designed to give your admins a good, solid understanding of the fundamentals that are necessary to customize your ServiceNow instance. This training is also ideal for existing customers who have a new admin that needs to quickly get up to speed on these fundamentals. This training can be conducted at your facilities to allow you to train several people at the same time and manage travel and expenses.

  • ServiceNow Service Catalog Development:

    This training will teach you the methods that you need to be successful to deploy Catalog Items, Item Variables, Approval tasks and the necessary Workflow to fulfill the Requested Item. In most cases, this training is conducted at your facilities and using your specific requirements as "lab work".

  • ServiceNow Advanced Scripting Techniques:

    This training is designed to enhance your scripting skills to allow you to accomplish some of the more "advanced" aspects of ServiceNow configurations. The basis for this training is JavaScript but also explores the methods necessary to be successful with Jelly and other XML based scripting.

  • ServiceNow Customized Training:

    We have worked with numerous customers to develop custom training to meet their specific needs. Whether it is intended to improve on a weakness, explore new areas or to leverage new features and functionality our training team can design a course to meet your needs.

  • ServiceNow End User Training:

    While ServiceNow is an extremely intuitive tool, end user training is still necessary. In most cases these training sessions are focused on teaching users the processes, usability and reporting techniques to ensure that they are successful in the use of ServiceNow.
