Business Solutions Developer
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities:
  • Candidate should posses a Degree in Business Admin, MIS or IT.
  • At least 4 years experience as an IT Solutions Sales Representative or 7 years sales experience in a non IT industry.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Persuasive and articulate speaker in a variety of settings.
  • Proven ability to develop and initiate business opportunities and establish relevant business relationships.
  • Innovative and Creative thinking in offering solutions to customers and capable to articulate business oriented solutions and value to customers.
  • Able to work independently as well as being a team player.
  • Good customer reference and contacts in all market.
  • Partner with customers on their business growth.
  • CXO level capabilities with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge in analyzing and managing a sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Able to formulate Business Plans.
  • Coverage of appropriate levels of decision making and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Your primary role will be to engage with customers in promoting Infrastructure Management (IM) solutions.
  • If you have a high enthusiasm level, a passion for results, relevant sales experience, and a proven track record of succeeding, then this may be the job for you.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Sales & Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Sales & Marketing, Account Management, Solution Selling.
  • Preferably skill(s): Industry Knowledge, Enterprise System Management, Business Process Knowledge.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferred language(s): Chinese.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strategic Analyst
(Selangor - Subang Jaya)

Responsibilities:

Objectives:
• Assist clients in defining business issues and requirements, understanding the business goal, business environment, adapt solutions to meet customer need
• To provide support to Sales in determining (not limited to) Infrastructure Management solutions for customers.
• To support sales effort in Solution architecting
• To deliver Consulting services in business process improvement in Infrastructure Management

Main Responsibilities
• Support sales effort to scope and formulate proposals, understand and access clients’ requirement, identifying and recommending workable systems to implement of the overall solutions.
• Assist sales in developing the discovery requirements and vision plan for clients.
• Prepare and deliver solution presentations
• Deliver Consulting services on Infrastructure Management by knowing the As Is process and To Be, and suggest roadmap for customers.
• Maintain and develop technical skills and constantly update customers and the sales/solution team with new developments.


Skills/Experience Required:
• Experience in working within a Sales team toward accomplishing common goals
• Experience in Business process consulting
• Strong Analytical skills
• Problem solving and decision making skills
• Excellent communications skills, with effective negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work at both technical and business level
• Good influencing skills; experience in dealing with staff and management at all levels
