
Philip Sidebottom
Founder/CEO
Philip Sidebottom is the founder and Chief Executive Officer for Navigis and has been since its inception in May of 2004. He has worked throughout Asia Pacific, the Middle East as well as Europe and North America in the area of Enterprise and IT Service Management. Since 1999, Philip has been recognized as an expert in these areas and has helped vast amounts of companies throughout the world.
Throughout his career, he has worked in many roles such as Technical Implementer, Consultant and Process Advisor, Project Manager, Business Developer, Partner Enablement, Manager, Director and CEO. The companies that Philip has worked with and advised covers a variety of industries including finance, manufacturing, transportation, communication, government and education. In fact, the companies that Philip has previously worked with, many are internationally recognized and "household names", continue to contact Philip to seek his guidance on their IT Service Management journey.
Philip has been cited as an expert in IT Service Management practices and a thought leader in the industry. He has published several whitepapers on the topic including Best Practices. His expertise is much sought after for seminars and workshops in the area of IT Service Management as well as strategic planning and operational improvement.
His strong ties, leadership and experience in the industry make Navigis an attractive partner to many IT Service Management solutions. In 2007, Philip recognized the unique position and "game changing" solution offered by ServiceNow. At that time, Navigis dedicated all of its resources and efforts to supporting the worlds best IT Service Management solution, ServiceNow.
He continues to pioneer and lead IT Service Management in innovative ways by guiding and enhancing the methodology and the team that has gained Navigis worldwide recognition.
Jason Wojahn
Vice President, U.S. Operations
Jason Wojahn has more than 17 years of leadership experience within Information Technology and IT Service Management with a wide range of responsibilities in project management, customer account management, IT support services, help desk delivery, managed operations, telephony, information systems management, metrics/measurements, quality (ISO 9001), financial, and personnel management.
Jason is currently the Vice President of U.S. Operations for the Navigis Group. In this role Jason has responsibility for managing all U.S. contract activities, deliverables, customers projects, and ensures adherence to contract terms and conditions.
The Navigis Group currently supports and is helping to transform the IT Service Management of a very diverse group of customers across a broad set of industries including finance, manufacturing, transportation, communication, government and education.
Prior to this assignment, Jason held multiple senior management and executive roles within IBM Global Services.
