Navigis Expands Operations to Cover New Markets in Asia


Opens Office in Singapore to Serve as Headquarters for New Operation


GIG HARBOR, WA, April 7, 2011 — Navigis, a leading global integrator of ITSM software and services and one of the oldest and largest ServiceNow partners, announced today that they have expanded their operations to cover the growing Asian market. The operation will focus exclusively on ServiceNow cloud services for IT service management. The Navigis office, based in Singapore, will cover all Asian geographies with the primary areas of focus in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Indonesia and the Philippines during the next 12 months.

The Singapore-based Navigis operation will focus on selling ServiceNow cloud services throughout Asia as well as related professional services such as implementation, training and administrative support. This operation, in conjunction with existing Navigis operations in North America and the Middle East, allow Navigis to offer 24 X 7 support to all customers through a “follow the sun” model.

 

The recently opened Navigis office is located in the new Marina Bay Financial Centre in Singapore near key landmarks such as the Marina Bay Sands, Suntec City and One Raffles Quay. In addition, the offices are located within a 20-minute drive to Changi International Airport and with Singapore’s central location in Asia it makes it an ideal location for Navigis to position its regional operation.
